DDDDDDDDay six.....

 

 

Ahhh lads and ladies I had a great sleep last night.

I took my xyrem at 11 o'clock and didn't wake again till about 3am, took my second dose and slept right through till 8 this morning!!!

How brilliant is that?

Well today went something like this...

Ate  gluten free muesli....check

Drive 20 miles to work........check

Cut loads of mens hair.....check

Had a fab gluten free lunch.... cajun chicken on GF bap...check

Had a 20 min nap in car as usual......check

Cut loads more hair........check

Had GF snack and a coffee....check

Yip you guessed  it!! Cut more hair.......check

Finished at 6pm.......check

Drive 20 miles home..... check

Had steak and veg and potatoes for Dinner.... check

Fixed my dog fence.....check

done a few more jobs.... check

Had a tea party with Beth..... check

Do my blog.......

Again no cataplexy today either.

Feel Great...
