Sunday makes seven

Can you believe its been a week!
I am legend!!! lol

Right so... the story so far.
Last week I was taking 200mg provigal and 20mg anafrinil at 8am.
Followed by 200mg provigal and 20mg anafrinal at 12pm.
Night time was 3.75g af xyrem x2

This week I'm taking 20mg anafrinal at 8am.
10mg of anafrinal @ 12pm
Night time xyrem is the same as last week.

I have to say I've been a lot more alert.
I still have my same nap during the day, usually 20 minutes in the car at lunch time.
Iv only had one episode of a sleep attack sneaking up on me, but I have to say it was about 2pm on Saturday and I should have had my nap a half hour before that....
The only other thing I've been doing for the last month is leaving my phone down stairs, so I'm not tempted to check out Facebook or have a game of scrabble, and just go back to sleep....
If nothing else improves, I think it has been so worth it to stop eating gluten..

I am a little angry though..
Have our doctors not examined this route?
Even if there was the slimmest of chances that this could work, is it not better than poisoning our bodies, and our children's bodies???
AHHHH....
I don't know about other countries but going gluten free in Ireland is really easy,  thanks to the great work the Coeliac society of Ireland  have done, in labeling foods and stringent testing of all gluten free foods.
Well i should have been knackered all day today as I've worked four long days this week,  but I had a 20 minute nap and that was it.. I also done a load of paperwork with out dropping off!!!!
Happy days....
Oh and I've lost 4lbs....
Happier days....
